Luke (Smiles) deleted a lot of the review after not liking it, but unfortunately this removed a big chunk of the review, however we left it that way as it was his wish. We have not influenced him in any shape or form in this review. All we did was tidy up some of the grammar a little and corrected some spelling while leaving 99% of the review in his words.

For the video review itself, we messed around with the order of the review (which can be seen below).
The video took around 37 takes, again, we left him to read it out how he saw fit.

I hope you enjoy this as much as we have.

This is his review of "Serious Sam 2"

Serious Sam 2 review: By Smiles

Serious Sam 2 is a fun, funny and a cartoon style game. It's about you going to 4 different races and one world to find the pieces of the 'Medallion' with it, it has the power of invincibility. When the Medallion was built, the man who was building it when he was connecting 5 pieces accidentally killed himself with a needle.

So the pieces of the Medallion were sent to:

  • Simbas, from planet M'digbo
  • Zixes from planet Magnor
  • ChiChe from planet
  • Planet Kleer

The weapons Serious Sam holds are amazing e.g. massive Rocket launchers, a saw that sometimes makes enemies explode! And long-ranged cannon ball launcher. One of the Stranded weapon you get is a Flame gun, it has infinite ammo (it never run's out of ammo no matter what), but to make it better, hold down your fire button for a super power charged fire and it mainly kills enemy's with one shot!

You also get bonus pick-ups, here's a list:

  • Serious score: If you get a serious score, your score is higher than normal
  • Serious Damage: when you attack with your weapon, your damage is increased (like the flame gun but I think you don't need it when you have Serious Damage)
  • Moneybag: gives you an extra 1000 to your score

There are five funny characters 1st of all there's Screaming men with bombs as there heads easy to kill just shoot them once and pop, they die. But they are a bit of a pain to get rid of them without them damaging you because when you kill them, their bomb explodes or when they hit you. Similar to the Screaming men, a laughing clown hold a candle and a birthday cake again, when they hit you, they explode, but just one shot with the flame gun won't kill them, so it's best to use your auto-Shotgun or your normal Shotgun. Then there's an orc footballer that has a rugby ball that charges at you or they throw the ball at you, when you see one, they say "wowowowwowwo". The Simba Shaman, when he was summoning your 1st enemy boss, 1st he played the drums, but nothing came, so he did a rock band instead! And then it's your person who tells you what you have to do, when you go to the plant were the Zixes live, she says "the place is full of giant swaps, giant bases, giant houses, giant logs, giant Mushrooms, giant-"

Some Bosses can't be affected be primary weapons, so you are given something to affect it with or you have to defend a certain amount of people (e.g. Simbas)

The logo of Serious Sam (an exploding bomb) is a symbol to one of the weapons he holds, it's a bomb that he holds in his hand (of course) and when you attack with it, he gets a lighter, lights the bomb and makes a "BOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMM"

Each level gets harder every time you complete the one before that, like Bosses get harder each time(don't worry you don't get all your bosses in a row or at the sometime) your 2nd boss is tough, you've been warned! You get new enemys every world and sometimes every level they each all have different skills & ability of: moving, attacking, strength & courage. Size SOMETIMES is the downside to its strength and how hard it is to kill.

If you liked games like Episode2 than this is the perfect game for you to play that you will probably like within your life (you probably might like it anyway even if you didn't like Episode2)
